Terms of Use

These terms cover GraphMind: the website at graphmind.in and app.graphmind.in, and the GraphMind app for Android. By creating an account or using GraphMind you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use GraphMind.

Who can use GraphMind

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account, and your email address is your GraphMind account. Keep your Google account secure: you are responsible for what happens on your GraphMind account. You can delete it at any time, see Delete your account.

Your content

• You own what you write, say and upload to GraphMind.
• You allow us to store, process and display it to run GraphMind for you. That includes sending it to the AI and speech services that work for us, as the Privacy Policy describes.
• When you share a trail, anyone with the link can see it and other people can learn from it, until you stop sharing it or delete your account.
• Only upload material you have the right to use.

AI output

GraphMind's tutor replies, trails and mastery estimates are produced by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything that matters, and don't rely on GraphMind for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. If a reply or a trail is harmful or wrong, report it from the app, or write to graphmind48@gmail.com.

What you must not do

• Use GraphMind to break the law, or to harass, threaten or harm anyone.
• Create, upload or share content that is hateful, sexually explicit, violent or extremist, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Try to get at other people's data, get around usage limits or security, or disrupt or overload the service.
• Scrape, copy, resell or reverse engineer GraphMind.

Organizations and the API

Organizations that use the GraphMind API do so under their own agreement with us. If you learn through an organization's product, that organization decides how your learning data in its workspace is used.

Changes, suspension and availability

GraphMind is changing all the time, so features can change or be removed. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when, and we'll tell you in the app about significant changes.

Disclaimers and liability

GraphMind is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of GraphMind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
