Delete your GraphMind account

You can delete your GraphMind account yourself at any time, on the web or in the GraphMind app for Android. It takes effect straight away and can't be undone.
Delete it yourself
- In the app or on the website: open your profile (your photo, top right), tap Delete account at the bottom, type DELETE and confirm.
- From here: sign in with the Google account you use for GraphMind, and you'll go straight to the delete screen.

Can't sign in any more?
Email graphmind48@gmail.com from the address on the account, or tell us which address it is, and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's yours and delete it within 30 days.
What's deleted
- Your account, and your sign-in on every device
- Your knowledge graph: the concepts you worked on, and your mastery and progress
- Your conversations with the tutor
- Your answers to the first-run questions, and the trails you followed or archived
- Trails you created that nobody else is learning, including the text taken from files you uploaded for them
What's kept, and for how long
- Trails you created that other people are learning stay available to them, without your name. Their public page is taken down.
- Files you uploaded are deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
- Usage and diagnostic records are deleted automatically after 30 days, and server logs after 14 days.
- Reports you filed about AI replies or trails are kept for moderation, without your email address.
- Copies in our infrastructure providers' backups are overwritten within 60 days.
Running an organization?
An account that manages an organization on GraphMind can't be deleted until the organization is closed. Email graphmind48@gmail.com and we'll close it with you.
